Exactly! I remember when I 1st learned & I thought it was a pretty boring/slow to results hobby-but I’ve learned that that’s the beauty of it-not that it’s inherently boring-but that it’s great creative outlet if you have a hard time sitting still/focusing during downtimes in the day.

Idk if you already do this &/or if this would be remotely helpful for you, but I find that knitting - even if it’s just an endless unfinished 🧣, is a good way to keep my hands/mind busy enough when I’m otherwise sitting still & “relaxing.”
