No, was referring more to the standard Na bath being higher than the patient’s serum Na (prob 134 compared to the 137) leading to Na into the patient and large idwg from thirst.

How are you managing patients w low serum sodiums and very large IDWG w your available profiles? As our unit gets more restrictive w available baths (no 4K, for example), I’ve been thinking more and more about How To Make a Killing.
