NO KINGS PWAY! No counter protesters (1?),DPW truck blocked or parking lot shenanigans by the Mayor could keep us down! We had over 600-700! So proud of @pwaydems.bsky.social. We are in the fight and we won’t give up. Here are a few pics, many more to come! #NoKings #NoKingsDay

Another event, another set of barriers here in Piscataway. We are expecting a great turnout for our NO KINGS event, to be held at the municipal building. People with disabilities and seniors have already had to navigate DPW trucks at the event site… but this is a new low. Shameful.

I guess it is better than when the #Piscataway government used to hang the Pride flag inside a barely used room, but we can do better! Put the Pride flag back up, Mayor Wahler!

First time challenger Loretta Rivers came VERY close to beating Asm Danielsen in LD-17. She won the Middlesex County (larger) portion of the district.

A little 🌧️ in Piscataway didn’t stop us from talking with lots of voters today! So much enthusiasm and energy for @rasjbaraka.bsky.social for Governor and Loretta Rivers for Assembly in LD-17! People want leaders who will fight for them, they’re tired of the same old, same old!

Many people of conscience at the Summit Council mtg opposed their plan to jail & fine people experiencing homelessness. Criminalizing homelessness is cruel, expensive & ineffective. Kudos to @hcdnnj.bsky.social members & allies for being here! People need homes, not handcuffs! #HousingIsAHumanRight

It was SO great! We had 500 people and Sen. Bob Smith committed to co-sponsor the Immigrant Trust Act and the gender affirming care package that @pwaydems.bsky.social has been asking for him to do.

SO proud to be on the host committee for today’s blockbuster Women for @rasjbaraka.bsky.social for Governor event! It was electric! NJ deserves a Governor who will fight for all of us & use their power to protect & serve NJ’s working families! It was inspiring to be with so many fearless women!

Back at the State House for the last budget address from @govmurphy.bsky.social, which raids NJ’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund (yes, again! It’s like Groundhog Day, I swear!) We will fight to make sure everyone has a safe, affordable place to call home because housing is a human right! Stay tuned!
