I’ve never heard of anybody being forced into AP. I certainly wouldn’t be in favor of that.

I disagree. My son chose to take AP classes to challenge himself and learn more than he would have in a standard classroom. Now, he’s in college, and excelling where others are struggling. I’m very thankful for our school district for offering ways to challenge him.
