At the local car dealership, they have an AI bot answering the phones and directing you to the service you called for. I have no idea what happened to the actual people that used to answer the phones. She sounds exactly like a person.

I'm CA it is called Medi-Cal. My mom is in a nursing home and Medi-Cal pays for most of the cost. Her copay is all of her SS and her minimal monthly withdrawal of her small retirement. If they cut her Medi-Cal benefit I have no idea what we are going to do.
