They want everyone to believe they are doing this to keep “illegals” from getting coverage, but they know the consequences of their actions. In WW2 the Nazis killed the disabled right away. Don’t let that happen to decent, hardworking Americans (because “illegals” are not eligible for coverage.)

Next year, our premiums will likely be close to $1000/mo. And our coverage will be lower. And that’s if we still get coverage for pre-existing conditions - because if not, my diabetic husband and my own, completely forked Central nervous system won’t make it.

In 2023, we paid $66 a month. At the end of the year, we owed a bit back because of our income, but still we were able to truly address our health issues, even if we were still paying out about $10k/yr for copays and deductible. This year, our premiums were $461. Almost 7x higher in one year.

Well, they haven’t. Because under their plan, my family - white, middle class, home and business owners - will likely lose our health insurance. We were one of the early success stories of the ACA. Our premiums went from $1400/mo. to $700. Covid brought it down even more.

The “elites” for the left are the trust fund nepo-baby carpetbagger bros who have everything handed to them, and thus never have to work or learn anything for themselves.
The “elites” for the right are anyone, but especially a marginalized person who has worked hard to be smarter than those guys.
