I'm with the private clinic "The Gender Hormone Clinic". There was an additional step of going via the private clinic, "The Gender Clinic" for an assessment. I have a referral that's has been sent to Nottingham but at the very start with that. I did try gendercare however that stalled very early on.

I'm with the gender hormone clinic. They said to split it between am and pm to regulate through the day. Kind of left for judgement to divide the sachet in half each time. They are to write a letter to my GP regarding shared care which would come in to place after month 3 if the GP agrees.

I've been started on 1mg per day, half in the morning, half in the evening, for the first 3 months. Increasing to 1.5mg (1 in the morning 0.5 in the eveing) after 3 months and then a review in 6 months with further blood tests..
