Due process is how we figure out someone doesn’t have a legal right to be in the US. Without due process for EVERYONE they could grab YOU off the street & claim you are a criminal or illegal. If they don’t bother establishing the facts, the facts can be anything they want them to be for ANYONE.

Blind adherence to an unwavering “principle” is how weak, stupid men put “strongmen” in power. Dictators love easily manipulated low information, elected officials. Stick to those principles instead of understanding the big picture or the repercussions. Congrats, you’re a perfect maga.
