I'm going to try to use this platform for more personal TBI truths that many survivors suffer from in different ways. A major issue is insomnia. Being awake most of the night with few deep sleep moments makes our days difficult. Yet again most(not all) brain injuries are invisible disabilities.

Not sure if I set this up correctly, but I hope everyone has a fabulous day! I have therapy at 3pm and then doing some college school work. Feels great to be back in college after medical issues holding me back.
