This little guy is from Moss 2. He’s based on a dung beetle. He pushes his rolling cannon around, mounts, and fires it.

I’d animate the bug itself moving. But the way the cannon reacts is nearly 100% generated using my spatial tools. Primarily the physics and aim tools. He was so easy to animate!

Denji not kissing her back here is probably his best character development he’s shown

This is one of the greatest pieces of One Piece media to have ever existed. This movie quality short is the essence of everything I love about the series, with all the charm of pre timeskip One Piece. Some Movie 4 vibes.

I can't wait to see what Ishitani and Mori do beyond OP!
