I am a rep payee. Did all the "ID.me" verification a few days ago, but today I'm getting the "beneficiary is currently not receiving payments" message. No access to his Benefits & Payments info. He did get paid today. If he needed a Benefits Verification letter today, he'd be screwed.

Same thing happened here. Can't access his benefit verification letter or anything else from his SSI history either.
