The Midwest is truly beautiful. Today I saw a baby behind the counter of a liquor store/subway hybrid, playing with whiskey shots like you blocks, clanking them against each other, only intervened with once she made a rush (crawling, of course) for a display of aged bourbon.

I violently hate the ecosystem for copyright free music. Like, it's truly atrocious. Half of it is AI generated, and the *other* half is so low quality, or hidden behind a 10 foot wall of paperwork. it's not even worth trying. Somehow even Kevin Macleod has fallen to AI. Why.
