• GOP further gerrymanders Texas but only target +3 seats
• Maryland gains +1 Dem
• Ohio gets worse but Kaptur survives
• They don’t get MO or NH maps
• 2018 style Blue Wave
• “Republicans can’t win even when they cheat!”
• CA, NY, WA & NJ open the gates
