What the hell are these supposed to be? Samples? If this is what your restaurant is putting out for wings, then maybe you should just start saucing up some bargain basement tendies and call it a day. Fuck outta here with this bullshit!

My humble attempt at recreating it. Tastes great! Need to figure out how to drip the bitters nicer, but not awful for my fourth try at it. I'm sure Daniel is using a dropper, then pulling the hearts with a toothpick.

2oz mezcal
.5oz ginger syrup
2 dashes angostura orange
2 dashes FB Aztec chocolate
1 dash Louisiana style hot sauce
Stir for 10-12 seconds
Strain into double old fashioned over a large ice cube
Garnish with a fresh jalapeno slice.
Let's hear it!

Played some #discgolf with 11(our daughter) this afternoon. I played rather average for this course, but all my releases felt pretty good, I putt well and the weather was beautiful. Drives seemed consistent and it looks like I may have gained a little distance as well. Happy to have played today!

I scaled out Dragon Lee's method for Aeropress Cuban coffee. I think it can be approved upon slightly. My first thought was to use the flow control cap and brew upright. The only thing I want to try is with Demerara sugar. A pretty good start though!

Found in the used bin yesterday at Play It Again. Red one's a 166g Star Wraith. Scoggins Leopard3 is 173g $15 for the pair! I think I did alright on them. My wife thinks that OS Leo3 is going to be easily lost....
