it's snowing! the shuake babies didn't want to stay outside in the cold too long, so this is the only photo i got of them.. they enjoyed watching from the inside warmth, though!

happy new year! what a way to welcome 2025 haha! also kind of a voice reveal at the very end.. this took a lot of planning to perfect, i've been practising the timing all evening!! the shuake babies ARE in this video, but the lighting makes it hard to see, happy new years from them as well!

the shuake babies, sonic and a few friends and i went to see the new sonic movie! i'll stay spoiler free here, but it was very good!! sonic is a huge interest of mine and it definitely lived up to the hype!

the holidays have officially started in my house! i set up our christmas tree today, and the angels have been put on top! goronui and jokernui have found their rightful place for the season! the shuake babies wish everyone a lovely holidays! 💕

and lastly, sumi has mawile! there is a main reason behind it, but i'll state the others first. i thought fairy type matched up with bless skills the most, and both of these characters have ponytails, which i thought was cute!

haru has been given hattrem! they match eachother extremely well! hattrem is a psychic type, and whilst cute, it's dex entry states that it has the strength to knock out a professional boxer in one hit. as haru is one of the heaviest hitters, it thought it was the best choice for her!

futaba's was a very obvious choice. rotoms are a very mischievous pokemon, that are known to possess electrical appliances to cause chaos. i thought this was perfect for futaba, who i can definitely see using her rotom to help her in her hacking!!

makoto is the character i struggled the most with out of anyone. i thought her nuclear skills translated to poison quite nicely, and after looking through so many poison types, decided on nidorina! not only does it evolve into nidoqueen (which matches her codename), it fits her colour palette!

yusuke has an alolan ninetales. there was absolutely no other option for him. i think it's fairly obvious why this was chosen. the ice kitsune! yusuke and ninetales both have very traditional japanese motifs, and i think they're absolutely perfect together!

i struggled a bit with ann, but ultimately decided on torracat. i wasn't entirely sure if it fit her as a partner, but one of the dex entries state that they can act super spoiled if it's close with its trainer, and i can just imagine ann treating hers to sweets all the time!

ryuji has been assigned jolteon! this was an easy choice for me. jolteon are known to easily become angry, and charges power based on its emotions. i think ryuji would especially bond with a jolteon, just based on vibes!!

and it's dex entries state that it can be hard to train. the midday lycanroc are very calm, and the midnight form are extremely aggressive, which i think matches up with akechis crow and black mask personas. these specific dex entries for the dusk form fit really well with akechi, in my opinion!

akechi has been given lycanroc. in an idealistic situation, it would be able to change between the midday form and the midnight form, however that isn't possible in the pokemon universe. so, the compromise is it's dusk form! lycanroc is an extremely loyal pokemon,
