Dinners this week: chicken katsu w/green beans and rice, cheesy potato soup, creamy Alfredo pasta w/ham and peas, steak w/cauliflower and mashed potatoes, and corned beef w/cabbage and potatoes. I only had to buy 3 things, everything else is at home already!
