If the job is too big/difficult for one person with the basic remuneration package offeted, then the person who wrote the job description should be fired.

Why is a bonus necessary? You’re hired to do a job, you do it, you get paid. If you need extra incentives to do the job you were hired to do, you are a bad hire. If you don’t do what you are being paid to do then it’s performance management and goodbye.
