I love how this gown from Demna’s first collection for Gucci reimagines the iconic “Flora” silk scarf into a print that engulfs what would otherwise be a restrained and very architectural evening gown.

While Monticello’s interiors may arguably be more of a refined aesthetic experience, there is something compelling about the color drenched, almost proto-Maximalist, interiors of Mount Vernon.
