Yes! My worry is serotonin syndrome. I’m also conscious that the evening venlafaxine dose could be affecting the patient’s sleep and wanted to offer that he takes it OD in the morning. But again, worried about serotonin syndrome!

Folic acid, iron, antibiotics often get left on repeats for years. Important to make it clear if the intended medication is for a certain amount of time. Is that the kind of thing you’re looking for?
