I hear you however Clapping for breadcrumbs is how systems avoid accountability. Sure, One man doesn’t erase centuries of theft but if the Vatican truly cared, they’d return all stolen artifacts not just a curated handful to quiet the noise. Symbolic gestures aren’t justice.

Returning 62 artifacts out of millions isn’t justice, it’s PR. The Vatican is doing this to distract from their active defamation lawsuit against an Indigenous elder in Calgary. You don’t get applause for barely returning stolen items while suing survivors

Cuz in the U.S. I have every right to speak my mind when & how I choose. What’s unhelpful is people acting superior just because they’re annoyed by it. we’ve got way too many boomers in power who are completely out of touch with today’s reality. That’s a fact even if no one wants to talk about it.
