Verizon is simply a fraudster.
The customer service offered to replace our own with new phones without increasing charges at all. I asked 5-6 times if this was true. I was repeatedly told it was true.

Sent ours to Verizon.

Then I realized I was blatantly lied to. Now I have to pay a lot more.
