Today was not on the same grounds as his conviction 3 weeks ago which has been appealed and the appeal will be heard in it's own time. Today the only matter before the court was whether the accused is a flight risk etc and if there are grounds to not grant him release under "contrôle judiciaire".

He's going to ignore that. Or say something like, oh yeah, not all of them are bad, just most of them. Unfortunately, there is no winning with such people.

Mamdani over-performing will be a great message. Better than a tight race. So I think voters need to go out, not to make their candidate win but make him win by such a huge margin that it leaves no doubt about what New Yorkers want from their politicians.

What is wrong with the democrats? They are planning the next election while the country is getting ripped into shreds? If she really wants to be a candidate again, l want to first see her as a viable opposition first.

Does the nationality of either make any difference to this tragedy? And would you have mentioned the nationality if it was the other way round? This is a terrible tragedy and if you actually dig deep, there is no black and white: only misery and violence all round. Stop making everything xenophobic.

This so-called peace deal is just a smokescreen. They want everyone to stop talking about Gaza so they can continue what they were doing without having to bother with civilian missions and protests.
