Tom, there's a malicious phishing ad showing up when I visit the site on Android. Whatever is there forces a redirect (after a few seconds) to a third party site (gifts.modanova[.]shop) falsely identifying as Google with scammy text saying that I won because I made the five billionth search.

I saw someone else also claiming they had been auto-subscribed, but I was not. I have never followed anyone in the events section and that remains true today. I never followed Biden there. Every place I could find in my settings has only the expected people/things added.

It's indeed sad. We need both hammers and scalpels. We need to know what motivates each group and speak to them in their language. Yes, it's utterly unfair that we have to do all the work and that it's easier to lie than to tell the truth. But we need to do that work, and we need to be relentless.

The trouble is, imagine if a year from now a "Truth National Emergency" is declared and "true information" is pushed through. Would you believe it, given who is sending it? Those lost to MAGA would not believe anything coming from Biden. It might even push them further away.
