Such things can push people towards active thinking. Enough of the tech that makes us lazy. We need tech that inspires.

Imagine finding news. What if I could talk to it? I can create my custom news program. Iteratively I can make it understand what's important to me. Not by passive guesses from what I viewed or liked in the past, instead by what I am interested in the moment and what I idealise.

For instance, I can just tell bsky to prioritise some content or ask it to hide images, or change layout. I can design my own layout - people posts first, reposts later and so on.
Within its limits it can provide real dynamic views. Screen wireframes in that case may be pointless. Grids stay.

These questionnaires come into existence after heavy validity and reliability tests, but does this aspect of answering as intended get covered?

Even with the convenient tracking of measures like step counts and screen time, our meta analysis found that barely one study per year shows promise.
