It so easy during this chaotic time to criticize the Democrats, a minority in Congress these days, while not even mentioning the do-nothing Republicans, in the majority, who’ve abdicated their Constitutional responsibility in obedience to a wannabe dictator stripping us of our civil rights.

Media seem to prefer focusing on rumblings among Democrats than on dysfunction in the GOP. Are no Republicans willing to stand up to Trump’s cruel and chaotic directives? Democrats are holding rallies and attending town halls throughout the country. Republicans are hiding out. But, hey. Schumer.

I’ve hoped to see a study of the 2024 election that looks at why a third of registered voters didn’t vote. How many were gerrymandered from a majority blue district to a red one, had their local polling place closed or moved, didn’t receive a ballot, were confused by new voter instructions, etc?
