It's a lot. If you eat meat and own a crockpot, meal-prepping shredded meats makes it much more feasible; ~4lbs of chicken thigh will give you about a week's worth of meals at 46g protein a meal, and you can season how you like. A protein shake and your other meals should get you the rest of the way
