It all circles back to - my courage to be seen as a newbie, as someone who is learning, as someone who is trying, figuring out, navigating and exploring the depths of it all.

and I'm just grateful that I shared while on the sales call with her:

"hey I've never written for makeup"
"Hey this is my first time handling a sales campaign so huge–– this is THE sales period of the year"

and she was pretty chill with this. "I'm confident in you."

Imagine what if I went ahead with all the boring stuff the competitors are doing?
Imagine what if I put up a pretence of being a know-it-all just to close the deal & not bringing anyyyy results?

soo many things. omg.

I'm just having the time of my life writing for her & utilising all the freedom I've been blessed with. (yes, blessed is the word)

I have this brand as case study with 900%+ increase in revenue with all these tiny tiny experiments...

I suggested to my client that we write really sweet and caring messages for our audience—the Pookie each girl out there is on the lookout for.

She didn't understand my reference but loved what I sent her on the doc.
