There is a flash script at github.com/Thore-Krug/F... that does the job, but your mileage may vary!

Ha! They still very much exist, apparently! I had received one from them via Kickstarter but had never used it and it was sitting in my closet all these years! The new thing I learned is the NAND they use can degrade, and the Chip no longer booted. It took a while and experimentation but it's back!
