Dancing is just another hobby. The idea that the government has to support and subsidies its curriculum is absurd. The government needs to utilise its limited resources in teaching maths, science and STEAM which is far more important.

China never gives aid. They give loans and bankrupt the country. Ask Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

USAID has been the most corrupt organisation. In the guise of charity, the organisation has propped up many corrupt families. Here in India, Congress and the Gandhi family have been the beneficiary and most of the aid never reached the poor. I am glad it's been dismantled.
