“The Lamp Lies Down on Broadway” by Genesis and “Relayer” by Yes were both released 50 years ago this week. Two of my favourite bands back when I was at school, and these were two of my favourite albums back them. Might listen to them now for the first time in ages.

50 years ago, October 1974 saw the release of some brilliant albums including Natty Dread by Bob Marley and the Wailers, Red by King Crimson, and Veedon Fleece by Van Morrison! And 1st November 1974 saw the release of Autobahn by Kraftwerk!!
