Just received one of these “reviews“ recently stating that they had “approved“ physical therapy for my patient who had a massive stroke. I’m so glad you wasted the money to review whether or not my patient who had a massive stroke needed physical therapy… 🙄

I agree. But how do we encourage change? The insurance companies have a choke hold on spending and dictate care. (“We don’t dictate care, we just dictate what we will cover”)
