"I don't know anything, but I do know that everything is interesting if you go into it deeply enough." - Richard Feynman
You ignore reality and the rule of law. No wonder you're a Trumper.

What's not true? That Biden didn't use the DOJ like his personal enforcers? That the files were sealed? That Trump said he would release them and refused? Be specific.

Why do people keep insisting we're going to go bankrupt? Fiat currency and monetary sovereignty are things. And as noted, that's not his concern.

She's shameful because she acknowledged out loud that this is wrong. But you don't think all the "boys" know that too? All of them are complicit.

The ONLY way the SS Trust Fund is depleted is if Congress doesn't fund it. That doesn't mean the wealthy shouldn't pay more. A lot more. But YOU know there's not a piggy bank labeled SS to empty. Stop fear mongering, start offering real solutions.

Why? We are a fiat currency and monetarily sovereign country. Interest rates can be a check on inflation should the govt spend too much money into existence (another conversation.) But the Fed sets the prime and the amount of debt has little to do with it. See the 2008 recession and rates...

More debt doesn't increase interest rates. CBO got that wrong.

WTF... what is wrong with those senators???
May 20, 2025 at 9:53 AM
ALL ofv them are in error. Disappearing people is wrong. Kidnapping people off the street is wrong. No DUE PROCESS is wrong.

Cause one party kinda tries and the other has gone full authoritarian- this isn't that hard to pick a side.

In a first past the post system it always devolves to a two party system (Duverger's Law). Until we get enough correct thinking people in office to overturn Citizens United and other awful campaign finance and voter suppression laws YOU WORK WITH WHAT YOU HAVE.

Less than 1000 vote difference. Don't ever let them tell you your vote doesn't matter.

The GOP wasn't going to negotiate. The unilaterally shaped the CR. They don't care if the govt shuts down. ~900k "non-essential" federal employees gone, courts to attempt to slow this shuttered, and no clear way to reopen. As awful as the CR is, Schumer is right.
