Today was my last day at DOL. I was honored to have captured photos that represented the hard work of all the dedicated staff over the past 9 years. Took these today. The physical state of the building says so much about what is transpiring inside.

I just heard that a high school classmate’s wife who is approx 50 yrs old was diagnosed w early onset Alzheimer’s 2 years ago. But don’t you worry…there’s still PLENTY of research happening for ALZ (and cancer, and AIDS, and, and and…) 😡🤬🖕 #endalz #sciencematters

I just heard that a high school classmate’s wife who is approx 50 yrs old was diagnosed w early onset Alzheimer’s 2 years ago. But don’t you worry…there’s still PLENTY of research happening for ALZ (and cancer, and AIDS, and, and and…) 😡🤬🖕 #endalz #sciencematters
2 of my 11 person work team came down with COVID this past week after return to office. 2 others are sick - prob flu. Nobody allowed to telework anymore so they all just logged out for the week while the rest of us wait to get sick. RTO is certainly the pinnacle of efficiency. (🫤) #federalwork

Never thought my mom with Alzheimer’s would out-live my dad, but here we are. Please send some good stuff (prayers/vibes/thoughts) as he enters hospice. Fuck cancer to the upmost fucks there are.
