Endo is hell, especially when paired with PCOS. 0/10, would not recommend. Birth Control has helped with both of them thankfully. I do truly hope my reviews help others :)

Grind on a toy rather than thrust or ride it, and if you like swells! Ceela was a true hidden gem for me.

The toy itself to make it vibrate, it holds those really well! The shape is also conducive for using a vibrator for external stim while also grinding on the toy itself.
