Ngl I had hand pain in 2024 when I was getting into cross stitch and it was so miserable I could barely hold my phone or use a needle. I saw a rheumatologist, did a bunch of tests, and nothing was indicating anything. Eventually the pain just went away on its own… I hope the same for you 🥺
