I made a ground meat skewer recipe almost from scratched and figured i might as well share it here

Ingredients:
1 lbs. ground meat
1 small onion, diced
5-6 mushrooms of choice, diced
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Salt, pepper, and other spices for taste
Oil as needed

It was tasty! The soup base made it really spicy but it had a good flavor to it. A few hints of orange, a little meaty flavor. I even chewed a pepper corn for the first time! Definitely mouth numbing.

Making one of those self hearing spicy hot pot 🍲 food things. This is honestly the ultimate ramen cup. Vermicelli, pickled veggies, and a nice smelling soup base. Lets see how this turns out

Took this picture a few days ago before the weather changed here in Texas. No noticeable changes to my mushroom log. It’s been there for nearly 2 months? Not sure

It rained last night hydrating my mushroom log inoculated with lion mane. No changes observed as of yet! I’ve heard it takes as much as 6 months to start seeing growth. Maybe April will be kinder.

Spent 5 days making a sour dough started that actually worked! The first bread recipe I used a ninja pot tool to make a flat loaf. The bottom burned a bit so decided to make another dough and made pot roast pockets instead. Happy cooking!🧑🏽‍🍳

6 days ago I left a log to soak in water for about 2 days. Followed that up by inoculating with lion mane mushroom plugs and sealing in wax. Hopefully by April or may I will start seeming some results
