And returning after dinner to check that the window was just about to pop, I decided to go for even though I hadn't prepped and was almost out of bait - naturally that's when I catch the last fish I needed.

The years long grind is done. I no longer think it's one of the ugliest mounts - still not one I visually love, but I do love the Diadem music. And the bragging rights of completing this #FFXIV achievement.

#ffxiv diadem grind almost done - or at least the crafting is completely done now, all related achievements. Only BOT/MIN 500k left - but no need to save any mats anymore, which means inventory space freed up for Cosmic Explo

I struggled to pick a FF protag minion appropriate for the Thavnairian room. In the original thread at #EorzeanAquarium Malboro, I used the Magus Sisters.
I settled on PuPu for the Manderville quests- but it's a FFVIII cameo. If anyone has a better suggestion, I'll redo

EW's themed room is gorgeous, especially with the new skylights. I knew I had to use a FFIV for this room, Golbez or Namingway, but in honor of XIV's twins, I showed Palom and Porom the fish

More screenshots, this time of the basement. #EorzeanAquarium Sophia doesn't have as many rooms/exhibits as the founding branch on Crystal (my DC) but it has a lot of gpose friendly areas. One day I'll make an EU alt to see their aquarium

#FishFest 2025: I had to continue my "Thematically Appropriate Minions Looking at Aquarium Exhibits" (you can tell I have no #gpose skills) at #EorzeanAquarium Sophia with the Bitty Duckbill. Because Oceania DC. And I wanted to try to use other minions this year.

#FishFest 2025: I had to continue my "Thematically Appropriate Minions Looking at Aquarium Exhibits" (you can tell I have no #gpose skills) at #EorzeanAquarium Sophia with the Bitty Duckbill. Because Oceania DC. And I wanted to try to use other minions this year.
Unlike last year, I did more of the Fish Train at #FishFest this year and less of Ocean Fishing. Still it was fun and relaxing to be surrounded by the crowds of fellow FSH Mains. And as personal tradition, I went through the Sophia Branch of the #EorzeanMuseum with minions (I fear alt-text for that)

Minor updates to the house: besides the new Lunar New Year wall deco, I did finally revamp most of the sightseeing locale paintings and added some from EW and DT. The easel in particular has improved. Blank area got the new Botanist frames item.

#ffxiv DRK is my least fav tank but surprised myself by making a glam using some Omega gear (also not an aesthetic I like) that works as a faded muted version of my normal tank style
