It's hard to tell from the pictures, but was it a particularly small bird, (Great Shearwater size), with narrow wings? It now looks a bit chunkier than mine, but like I say, difficult to judge. Thanks.

Ah no worries Matthew. I saw mine the day after. Pretty sure it's the same bird in moult, with a relatively small white tongue on p.10, and a longer one on p.9. Mine was from the trip out for the Booby. If you know anyone else on board who got a shot, that might be an avenue. Thanks for replying.
