Finally I can erect more comfortably today with lesser scar tenderness. The frenulum has loosen up with the head not being pulled as much anymore. I will only count days in posts every month from now.

Day 30 (1 month) - Can't believe it's been a month now. My doctor told me I can slowly start sexual activity but scar starts to feel sore inside and ruins my mood getting a proper erection. I'm giving it a week or so for the sore to subside with scar gel routine.

Day 25: doctor considered the wounds are sealed and allows me to use scar gel. Not sure if it helps to tame certain bulging scars but at least I'm giving it a try.

Day 22 (3 weeks+): Wood morning! Only the scar line looks drying up pretty quickly but still sensitive to fabric. Starting to see veins under the head now to show they're reconnecting. What do you think?

Day 20: all staples and their attached scabs are finally fallen. Everything looks so wild now that I will leave the scar line to dry up a little before the next (hopefully final) doctor's appointment in a couple of days. Having a staple-free penis feels so liberating!

Day 19: I was correct about having 3 days off from work - the stubborn staples under frenulum have dropped. The scarline seems very smooth with just a few staple marks which will disappear over time. Just one strip left of staples to drop. I feel relieved!

Day 18: Woke up this morning with pleasant surprise on my bed that more staples finally start to drop again. Here's how it looks like at the side. Notice the round studs that poked me a lot giving much discomfort and then itch.

Day 17: I just realised I actually swell in discomfort being on a plane. Being off from work trips for a few days from today would help the staples to dry better & faster. Staples drop so randomly and now it dangles annoyingly looking a bit like mini bite marks underneath.

Day 16: Hitting the healing plateau period where it starts slowing down a little before more staples fall off again. First alcohol after 2 weeks and it tastes really good. I'm very average in length so this is how it roughly compares to a beer can fully erect. Totally happy what I have.

Day 14/ Week 2: More staples come loose except 2 being stuck under the frenulum. It actually feels tender and quite painful attempting to remove manually. I'm guessing it's the nerve endings slowly healing themselves underneath. Just bandage and no cups needed to work later today.

Day 13: Very impressive healing so far. I expected dramatic dual tone but the cut line looks very faint almost as if it doesn't exist at all. Scabs have fallen with side staples starting to drop. Definitely have made my day 🥰

Day 12: What are these?! 2 staples have officially fallen off. Seems like they've slightly dropped prematurely as the site looks reddish & raw. I think it's best to keep it clean & dry AMAP for the rest to drop later. No pain or itch though - 23 more staples left.

Day 11: wore the jock cup layered with paper napkin to work. Had to check the dressings and sweat-soaked paper napkin every 2 hours on an 8-hour business flight. Super uncomfortable to walk and work throughout. At least work distracted me from having spontaneous erections.

Day 10: Local anaesthesia injection bruise marks have disappeared with shaft starting to itch a lot. Scabs around the silicone cascade start falling off by itself. Only hurts when I try throbbing during erection and glans is not full sized yet. Feeling horny but with patience 🥲

Day 9: In compression bandage & a jock cup to help with oedema on a plane back to work base. No discomfort & actually blocks full erection. Definitely 1st time panic buying before the surgery actually helped & will wear this to work. Peeing in 1 stream feels amazing too. 👍🏻

One of the things I did after circumcision was to send the severed foreskin for histopathology test from having multiple irregular moles on its surface. Delighted to know the results turn out okay.🥲

Day 7/1 week: Swelling has subsided significantly after a good night sleep: talk about the power of sleep! Erections are still uncomfortable because of bruises and swollen frenulum and tightness of the staples which I can somewhat expect them to start falling within another week.
