I agree that it's important to vote, especially local. I did vote in all races on the ballot. I don't think people specifically withholding their votes from the Democrats over Gaza should be considered unserious or worth ignoring. A significant part of the party base that has been left over this

You're welcome to vote that way but personally I feel I have an obligation to the people of Gaza and others around the world to not throw in my support for anyone who fiercely advocates for killing them. That's where I draw the line and it's disingenuous to call this perspective a leisurely game
