Somehow when hit launch on a game I own on Steam, it logs me in through Epic Games and that was failing???

All of a sudden it has decided that the game I'm 20 hours into is tied to a different email address and when I ask it to reset the password it doesn't send an email.

So support wants me to log in with my Xbox account, but their site keeps throwing errors.
