The Archvile that appears at 5:05 was the bane of my existence, dude summons mega-buffed enemies within like .05 seconds if you don't take him out IMMEDIATELY. Note this player missed with the ice bomb (easiest way to handle him) yet still took him out like a champ (and then killed the other one)

Mainly the 2nd challenge (starts at 3:18). Shit took me like 100 tries, playing on a controller mind you. Hardest thing I've done in the game by far, like if you stop moving for even a couple seconds you are D-E-A-D
