I even liked LotRO’s simplistic housing well enough, but it was like Asheron’s Call (place thing-type on predetermined nodes), and this is WAY more modern and daydream-worthy!! 😍

1) Save this photo to compare to the in-game customizer at the Rostrum of Transformation (one in Dornogal and several around the Dragon Isles).

The longest time-sinks were the red scales (Dragonscale Expedition renown 22, which can be done by repeating their base quests on alts), & the “hairy crest” one which required camping a rare near Loamm daily on like 9 alts for a week & a half (& only on certain days when it was scheduled to spawn).

It’s not sparkly, shiny, or firey, and it’s not from some special unobtainable tryhard achievement (all of which are usually what I go for), and yet it’s now one of my favorite mounts. 😍

Those Arcanoshatter shoulders sparked a fun 35 min conversation about mogs with a rando last night when my mage was parked in Dalaran between runs. Dude said I was lucky since he’d been running all his alts through BF trying to get them.
