Wenn ich entscheiden muss, welches Photo ich behalte, ist das minimale Kriterium die Frage: muss dieses Bild existieren?

Diese Frage hat eine weite Bandbreite. Fängt an bei "Ist es Verschwendung, dieses Bild zu behalten" bis "Die Menschheit verliert etwas, wenn das Bild verloren geht".

A picture of various patterns or structures. The top third is a very light brown with pools and connecting veins of darker brown. The middle is fine-grained strata, rock-like, separated by a stream of water from the lowest third, which is more rough grained strata. All is mud formed by rain and the off-flow.

General buying tip for photography gear is, "you buy cheap, you buy twice".

True, but what if I just want to try if something is useful to me? I bought 2 cheap tripods, each 15 €. Not very stable, but cheap enough to experiment.

Then I bought 1 Manfrotto. I love it, I don't regret the cheap ones.

Ja, okay, Verkehrszeichen 250, da sollte ich nicht rein fahren. Wie auch immer ich mit einem Fahrzeug hier her gekommen sein mag.
Inmitten eines Walds hängt an einem Baumstamm Verkehrszeichen 250, rund, roter Rahmen um weißen Innenkreis. Der Waldboden sieht nicht nach einem Weg aus, es ist ein wilder Wald.

Oh, prima. Das (mir neue) 500mm #Spiegelobjektiv hat an der (mir neuen) Kamera ein paar Flecken auf den Bildern produziert.

Etwas Verpilzung im Objektiv habe ich nach elendem Gefummel entfernt. Testphoto: selbe Flecken.

Hmpf, Schmutz auf dem Kamerasensor war es, nicht der #Pilz.
