And due to the nature of the disorder few people are willing to stay in treatment AND take it seriously enough for it to be a fix.

Its literally a disorder that tricks you into randomly hating people around you, distilled thats what it is. The amount of needlessly broken relationships from this is insane.

The suicide rate is like 20% and thats not because people are mean to them, for the most part society is oblivious to personality disorders and treats them like everyone else. (until they suffer abuse and then they do some research and go what the fuck)
