McConnell is the author of all this chaos. His power grab preventing Obama nominees to SCOTUS followed by his pushing through of #45 nominees, plus his refusal to convict in two impeachment trials is what cultivated the soil for the destruction of democracy. May he rot.

I tried keeping a similar account of the illegal and unconscionable actions of #47, but it became too demoralizing. I couldn't sleep at night or get up and face the day the next morning. But I am glad someone is doing it.

And what can be done if they won't obey the courts? The DOJ is now corrupt, and SCOTUS has long been corrupted by Mitch McConnell's actions.

Mitch started this disaster when he refused Obama's nominees for SCOTUS and then pushed through extremist judges. Then he abandoned our country by refusing to convict during not one but two impeachment trials. May the rot McConnell put at the heart of our democracy fester in his body and soul.
