Second version of my portable radio is finished! It took some time but here it is. It's also the first time I've used custom PCBs (it took 3 versions to get them right). Similar to first radio, this one also uses RDA5807M and rpi pico but amp is better. Also each wall is printed separately now #diy

The portable DVD Drive I was mentioning earlier. Top cover is transparent acrylic. I really like looking at spinning CD when listening to music. It uses SATA to USB adapter mounted on a cable. It's also capable of burning custom CDs.

That's the portable radio I've built some time ago. It was working until i connected too high voltage to power it... At least I have now motivation to design upgraded version. I really like the colors though and I'm going to keep them for sure. #electronics #diy
