Will you even try to release this (uncut) in Germany? Or is that impossible?

Produced probably at 2K max, printed onto film, then scanned back at 4K would lead to some blurry vfx. The question is how do they get restored and scaled for the digital 4K? Depending on stuff like noise filters etc they can change the image in ways that could make it either less or more noticeable

Fair. That’s more for mid-market stuff like The Boys imo. The really big ones tend to just get weird and wonky when they try to touch on politics. That was the miracle of Andor (and back in the day The Matrix).

Superman was a ton of fun. But the political allegories barely hold together if even.
