This is the shit that leads shuffling down sidewalks, mumbling incoherently. Just spent 45 NINUTES on hold with a nationally known business, telling 4 DIFFERENT people their stolen vehicle has been located. An hour & 20 mins for a 5 min convo. 🙄 It's 10an & I need an emotional support Bloody Mary.
