Spend an hour and a half freaking out about a Zoom call with a client. Download Zoom, upload a background, fiddle with the settings and turn lights on and off, change my shirt, part my hair differently and take it down. Length of call: 7 minutes. No one else had their video on. I said two things

Just got real mad about how nice I am and how people take advantage of that and gaslighting me or are 2 faced. They all think I am stupid but I know what's what and I am tired of turning the other cheek and keeping the peace. No more nice Pumpkin.

Sadly a squirrel was the latest victim of the dogs today. I heard a screech while I was working and jumped up to see Foxy with a squirrel in her mouth and Lexi trying to get it. I got Foxy to drop it but it couldn't run away. Andy had to put it out of its misery. I told it I was so sorry. 😔

It's hard being at the airport by yourself. You need to lug your bags to the bathroom, water fountain, bodega and then you lose your prime seating if you get up. The struggle is real.

I accidentally washed a banana peel with my laundry and I keep discovering pieces of it in the wash. 🍌 It is definitely no longer yellow.

When you faceplant on the sidewalk when walking the dogs on Cleveland Street because they wanted to say hello to another dog, and you just lay there. Picture just a full out superman and you stay there assessing your life choices. At least you didn't let go of the leashes. Missing skin on knees now

So this happened and I headed 2 hours away down to JARD practice tonight. Scary being the new kid. Everyone was so nice though. Had some success but definitely have stuff to work on. And need to work on being chatty... can't ever get away from it.

Tunnel to Towers has very little chance of getting a donation from me but now that they sent me a map of the United States displaying the Gulf of America and Mt. McKinley that chance has gone from little to none. SMH

When more layoffs happen and one of the people in your department gets fired, you really can't concentrate on anything important for the rest of the day.
